Thanks for joining us. So to start out, does it ever feel weird to think of yourself as an influencer?
It's not something I think about just on its own. This is my job, and it's a big part of my life. I've gotten used to it in certain ways. But I've also earned the title of 'influencer.' I've worked hard to get where I am.
Obviously a big part of being an influencer is taking sponsorships and creating branded content, things like that. How do you choose who you want to work with?
I get a lot of requests from brands to do some kind of content for them. I'm picky, and I get to be picky because I've built this huge brand of my own, and I'm not going to risk that brand for every company that hits me up, you know?
I have standards for who I work with, and I try to learn as much as I can about these brands before I say yes or no. If it's not a good fit, sometimes I won't respond, I just don't have the time.

Did things change for you last year? I'm guessing sponsorships might have slowed down for a while.
I mean, not really. People were still using Instagram and other social media all the time. Probably more since everybody was at home. My work kept up pretty well, and I'm definitely grateful for that.
Do you ever go back through your old posts?
Yeah sometimes. Sometimes I forget about old shoots. I like seeing a post and thinking, 'I look good there,' haha.
How about other influencers? Do you keep up with other big names?
I do and I don't. I'm working a lot, you know, and I like to just live my life, so I'm not always on my phone.
Still, it's kind of part of the influencer thing to know what other people are doing and where I could get some inspiration for my own stuff.

How about numbers? Do you check new follower numbers every week, every month? Something like that?
I used to a lot more, like at the start when I needed more followers to get deals. I like seeing new follower numbers, though. That's what drives everything else.
Could you sum up what it's like to be an influencer in one sentence?
Influencing empowers me to live the life I want to live.
Do you have anything big planned over the next couple of months? Sponsorships, shoots?
I can't really say anything about that here, but if anyone wants to keep up with it, they can check out my profile.
