How To Be A Zara Influencer

Are you fond of pretty clothes? This article will discuss how you can be a Zara influencer.

What is Zara?

Zara is an affordable fast-fashion brand based in Spain, but the brand’s popularity stretches across the globe. When you visit the Zara website, it might be tempting to put in a large order without even thinking about how the product is going to look.

Zara is one of the most known brands out there, and if you're not careful, it can burn a hole through your pockets. With their updated fashion and wide range of choices, you'll be sure to spend hours choosing and fitting the latest releases in the store.

If you have put some thought into your product and know how you will style it, then your chances of being selected to be an influencer are great. There are, however, certain rules that you should be aware of.

The influencer life

It’s hard work, but it’s also fun, creative, and exciting. Influencers are a growing market, and that’s why fashion brands are growing more and more interested in the community.

However, the aim should be to have the model and the product sitting at the same desk. This is not only for the sake of branding but also for the star herself.

Here are the 5 best tips to increase your chances of becoming a Zara ambassador:

Always love the style of decoration:)

Find a category and a trend

It is important when starting out as a budding fashion model to identify a particular category that you can go into and become a fashion influencer within that particular brand. The models in fashion pages and fashion magazines are all identified by their background in the fashion industry.
This is why perseverance is key.
You cannot expect your hard work to reap the fruit immediately. The only thing that you can control is the consistency that you maintain while you are in the industry.

As an aspiring model and influencer, you should know which style you want to achieve and continue replicating it over the years. Over time, you can elevate your style and at the same time create a signature for yourself.

You can also pick up on current events and create a trend piece. For example, you could pick a region like Bali and create a trend piece all about the island.

The good news is that your audience is very likely to appreciate this. In turn, you’ll receive loads of likes, comments, and messages.

Master the art of taking photos

If you really want to impress your audience and perhaps get deals with certain clothing companies, it's important to master the art of taking photographs. More specifically, taking pictures of your outfits and doing those cool shots with props, both in a studio setting and without.

It's important to know how the industry works, both in terms of establishing a brand and acquiring a following.

If you have a stylist, make sure that they understand what you're looking for, and go with them to showrooms to get inspiration on how to portray yourself in clothes. Your stylist will help you to dress the part, with the right fit and appropriate clothing.

When it comes to making the photos look Instagram-worthy, most experts advise taking a picture in natural lighting, and on a white background. This way, you won't have to use a filter or enhance the background. The Instagram followers will know that you took a picture in front of the blank wall with the white background and added accessories to make it look appealing.

Other tips include the timing of the shot. It's recommended that you take the photos at least 15 minutes after the first put on the outfit. This will allow the photos to "bounce" and look more natural, so that the viewer will not only see the outfit, but your impromptu relaxed attitude as well.

Join fashion communities, events, and store appearances

One of the lesser-known secrets to becoming a fashion influencer is community building. Take advantage of social media and continue to engage with other fashion-savvy people. Form real relationships with them! This way you can form valuable feedback as well as tips to share on your site.

Think about the kind of fashion you'd wear if you had unlimited funds and absolutely had to have the latest. For example, a fashion influencer with an expensive wardrobe would definitely be more likely to focus on trending styles rather than classic pieces.

You'll definitely need to think about your audience too. Think about who's going to be visiting your website. What will be their current fashion habits? Consider both quantitative and qualitative factors, such as fashion search traffic and time on your site.

Make it personal

The more unique and personal your style, the more likely your audience is going to take a closer look at your style.

This is especially true for women, who are more susceptible to be influenced by someone they see everyday and trust. Once you put something out there, people really are going to take a closer look.

Before going to any fashion events, pop-up shops, or even looking through fashion magazines, take some time to really be in tune with your own personal style. Ask yourself, does this style work for me? Do I see myself wearing this?

The more you get in tune with your personal style, the more you will trust your own taste.

Everyone's taste is different, and to expect everyone to like your style is pretty unrealistic. Take a deep breath, and remember that everyone is unique. It's up to you to create something that looks good on you, and other people will come along for the ride.

Find people to look up to

People love to see that someone else out there is just like them. Everyone is constantly looking for someone who has similar qualities and tastes, and for someone to relate to.

Find role models and fashion icons and start to connect with people who you admire, and your own personal style will start to come through more.

So, be sure to ask for extra help!

Don’t be greedy

This is really important. It’s very easy to be tempted to grow too quickly and become greedy.

Remember that there is no such thing as too many followers and likes. However, you do want to always do something exciting. Don’t just share the same photo every week.

Find a niche that you want to maintain and grow with.

Invest in beautiful lighting

If you are at the moment buying your own lighting to make your photos pop, then do it now! We recommend investing in a bulb rack. They’re affordable and really effective at lighting up your photo.

You can use it to illuminate your food or look or just to set the scene. It’s brilliant to use!

The Zara experience

Backstage at PFW 2020

I was lucky enough to be invited to visit Zara headquarters in Zaragoza, Spain. While I was there, I had the chance to visit their ID shoot with Mariana Goggi.

I was really excited to see the back of the camera. Mariana was a beautiful young woman, and the clothes were absolutely stunning.

When I saw Mariana, I was happy to see how she looked. She had the perfect model hair and makeup.

She had a lovely smile.

The collection was very pretty and I had my own personal favorite (some of the coats were truly dreamy).

When I met Mariana, I was happy to see her smile and beautiful smile.

She looked good and had great style. She was wearing a J Crew coat and J Crew shoes and handbag.

I asked her what she wore when she was not at work, and she looked at me and said: “I wear whatever I feel like wearing.”

I asked her about the brand, and she told me that they were all very beautiful and comfortable. I saw some of my favorite Zara garments and shoes as well as some of the work that they have produced with other designers.

She wore an amazing mix of accessories including tights, boots, belts, rings, sunglasses and a scarf.

Zara has so many different lines and colors. My favorites were the high-waisted distressed jeans and the polka-dot shirts.

They are both very flattering and versatile.

I asked if I could get a look at one of the personalized bag collections, and she showed me the Hamish in leopard print which she has had made for her.

When I asked if I could see what she was wearing, she took off her blazer and pulled out a beautiful cream shirt with a metallic pattern in black and white on it. I could see Mariana being an amazing ambassador for the brand as she has a keen eye for clothes and looks great in them.

Conclusion

If you are lucky enough to be selected as an ambassador, you will be able to wear Zara clothing and shoes. You will also be photographed in your branded gear.

You will also be able to share the experience with your followers on social media. The information you give to the brands during the selection process will be used to create your profile, showing what you wear, where you shop, and what accessories you use.
